Here we have three sides: The Mafia, which is self-explanitory. The First Bullet, an organization determined to take down the Mafia. And then there is everybody else, the Civlians, who are just caught in the middle.
Setting
It is April 2010, and the weather has been perfect so far. There are a few showers here and there, but this only serves to make Central Park more beautiful than ever. The temperatures range, but for the most part, things are staing in the mid-to-high seventies.

Our Laws
001. Members and Staff. Please, respect the staff and members on the site. If your having a bad day, we understand but do not take it out on the members and staff. They did not deserve to be yelled at or complained about. If you ever need anyone to talk to you can talk to me. I really don't mind and I am available to listen.
002. Spam. If we catch you spamming the c-box or the borders, we are going to have to ban you. We do not tolerate any stupidity from people bothering us to our last straw. We do not need annoying little brats. We need mature teenagers or adults. So, no spamming the boards or c-box.
003. Rating. Ah, as proboards suggested, you must be thirteen or older to sign up. This isn't actually our rule but it is their's. So respect it. Now rating for the site, we are about PG-13 here, so I will allow sex, drugs, alcohol and such. If there is sexual intercourse you must place an R, A, M, or NC-17. Please, we have young members here who wish not to read that content.
004. Mary Sues. I will shoot you down if your character is perfect. Face the facts, no one out there is perfect. So if I see you carrying a mary sue, you are in fact going to get into trouble. Some people actually hate this... including myself. Even the strongest characters have weaknesses. If I catch you having a mary sue character, I will give you a warning and second time around I might not be so nice.
005. Godmoding. I better not catch you for this. You cannot and will not control another player's character. That isn't your character to begin with. You signed up for yours so you stick to role playing with yours. I know for a fact that people hate it when they control the actions of others, so please, spare yourself from getting in trouble and just focus on what your character has to say and do.
006. Killing. If you kill another character, your going to have problems with me. I wouldn't like it if you just go on killing people's characters unless they want to be killed. If they want their character to die, you have to ask me as well, then you can set up a thread and start killing each other. But please, ask me first before doing so.
007. Application. Alright, fill out every single little thing on there. If there is something missed then I might not accept it. It depends on what it is missing. Also, be creative when making it! I would to see creative in it. Also, do not post if I haven't accepted you. You can post in the out of character sections though. Just not in the role playing area, please.
008. Accounts. You can have up to five accounts. One character must be a canon. So you must at least have one canon out of five if your planning to make so many accounts that is. Also, one character to one account please. We don't want any confusion with this. If you have one character and want to make another, make another account for it.
009. Posting. Please post at least one paragraph per post. We hate one liners and we will be grateful if you keep it without them. I understand if you have writers block, but for doing it with every post? That's unnecessary. So please, try to post one paragraph with at least five sentences in each of them. That isn't hard to do really.
010. Graphics. The graphics for your character should be your face claim. I will not allow anime. It's to difficult to try and imagine it real so use celebrities instead. Also, the signature should not be any wider than 600. If it is, then I'm going to have to remove it. I hate it when the boards stretch too much. Also, no nudity pictures, anything sexist, and anything racist. I will remove it.
I reserve the right to enforce unwritten, common-sense rules that may be broken.
